After I qualified as a therapist, I studied ego state therapy and hypnotherapy for 7 years. I am a registered International Ego State therapist and hypnotherapist with the Milton H. Erickson Institute of South Africa.

My PhD (Doctorate) was about:

This program provides tailored support for exam stress, trauma, anxiety, anger, grief, phobias, sexual abuse, sleep hygiene, eating disorders, and addictions, with flexible session ranges from 1 to 40 depending on individual needs.

This holistic program offers tailored support across areas such as weight loss, confidence, relationships, mental health (OCD, bipolar, depression), chronic pain, fibromyalgia, menopause, parenting, and hypno-birthing, with session ranges from 6 to 40 depending on individual needs.
